We’re actively hiring for two key roles:

You’ll meet virtually with pre-qualified clients who’ve requested information, identify their needs, and offer custom supplemental life insurance solutions — all from the comfort of your home.

You’ll earn leadership bonuses based on your team’s performance and help develop future leaders.

• 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-Time)  
• First-year average: $60,000–$80,000  
• Leadership & long-term potential: $100K–$250K+  
• Residual income begins in year 2 — get paid every year on business you’ve already written  
• Annual performance bonuses  
• Paid weekly  

• Must be 18+ years old  
• Ability to obtain a state life insurance license
  • Don’t have one yet? No problem — we’ll guide you every step of the way. Most of our agents complete licensing in about a week, and we’ll connect you with the tools, resources, and support to get licensed quickly and affordably.  
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and ready to work hard for big results  
• Sales or leadership experience is a plus — but not required  
• A desire to mentor and grow within a leadership role  

• Fully remote, flexible scheduling  
• Top performers work 5 days/week, meeting with ~4 clients per day  
• Weekly Zoom trainings and daily team check-ins
