Senior Financial Analyst

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Location: 100% Remote (US Only) Compensation: $90,000-95,000 Reports to: Finance Manager

The Senior Financial Analyst will perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. You should also have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting or similar financial planning tools is highly preferred, as is familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.

What you will do

• Reviews and analyzes financial statements and reports

• Tracks KPIs and prepares financial reports

• Assists with budgets and monthly close processes

• Understands key business driver

• Assists project teams with financial guidance

• Develops financial projections and building financial models

• Utilizes financial planning tools including NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Excel, and other enterprise solutions for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling

• Builds dashboards to support data-driven analysis of both financial and non-financial information, in collaboration with the business intelligence team

• Performs research and analysis as required

• Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

• Prepares comprehensive financials, forecasts, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite

• Experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting or similar enterprise financial planning tools

• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI) for reporting and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial planning, analysis and modeling.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of NetSuite

• 1+ year of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting or similar enterprise financial planning tools
