Position Overview: LoveBound Destinations is seeking a Virtual Travel Scheduler to become a vital member of our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and skilled in the art of organization and communication. As a Virtual Travel Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating all travel-related appointments and arrangements for our clients, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Key Responsibilities: • Travel Coordination: Manage and book all aspects of travel for clients, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring a seamless integration into their overall travel itinerary • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments related to travel, such as consultations, destination site visits, and special events, aligning with clients' availability and preferences • Client Communication: Maintain constant communication with clients to gather their travel preferences, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns • Supplier Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with travel suppliers to ensure access to the best rates, amenities, and promotional offerings for our clients • Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries that include all scheduled appointments, bookings, and necessary travel details, ensuring clients have a clear and comprehensive plan • Special Requests Handling: Accommodate any special travel requests or needs, tailoring arrangements to enhance the overall travel experience • Feedback Collection: Follow up with clients post-travel to collect feedback, aiming to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction Qualifications: • Proven experience as a travel agent, scheduler, coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a remote setting • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication abilities, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication • Familiarity with travel scheduling software and tools • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of service • A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients Why Join LoveBound Destinations?
