Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate data records. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Accurately enter and update customer information into company databases. Respond promptly to emails, chat inquiries, and phone calls in a professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and data integrity. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Generate reports and analyze data to support operational efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in customer service or data entry roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
