Overview: HOUSTON, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY): Family in West University seeks a LIVE OUT WEEKEND NANNY to care for their to care for their 10-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy. The eldest is loving, responsible and is a competitive horseback rider. Her younger brother is full of energy—playful, silly and active. He has great focus despite having ADHD, which he manages well through therapy and medication. Weekends are bustling with sports and activities for both kiddos, so the family is seeking a nanny who thrives on variety and is ready to jump in wherever needed. The nanny will work 14-20 hours over Saturday and Sunday, with flexibility to work later evenings when not scheduled for daytime hours or to handle occasional overnights as needed. The nanny will work hand-in-hand with Mom to manage the children's weekend activities, either by accompanying one child to an activity while Mom is with the other or by caring for one child at home. They have a dog and cats, so no allergies, please! The ideal candidate is warm, fun, and energetic, with a positive, can-do attitude. A collaborative and proactive attitude is key. Strong communication skills are essential. Boundaries are important, and the family needs someone who can set them with love and confidence. Pay is $25-35/hour based on experience paid via payroll. Benefits are up for discussion. A family car will be provided for the nanny to use while on the job. Start date is flexible! Targeted Annual Gross Salary (Min): USD $25.00/Hr.
