As an Entry Level Ambitious Customer Service Representative at Atrox Teleta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries and resolve issues related to our products and services, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer. In this role, you will engage with both new and... existing customers. You’ll troubleshoot problems, provide accurate information, and deliver timely resolutions to customer concerns. By collaborating with various teams, you will ensure top-quality support, making certain that every customer feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
