Conduent is currently hiring full-time Live Chat Agents for a remote position. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be supporting our clients by providing top-tier customer service through live chat platforms. Key Responsibilities: Provide real-time support via live chat for customers. Assist with troubleshooting, inquiries, and issue resolution. Offer knowledgeable responses to client queries. Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and accurate communication. Manage a high volume of chats, ensuring timely responses. Record and track customer interactions in CRM software. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and KPIs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous customer service or live chat experience is a plus. Exceptional written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating multiple systems and software.
