Your Role: As a Call Center Support Representative, you’ll assist customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries and issues on businesses’ websites and social media platforms. Engage in meaningful interactions, providing solutions to support questions from existing customers and addressing sales inquiries from potential new clients. Position Details: Contract Length: Enjoy the flexibility of a contract with no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Work Schedule: Minimum of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your hours. Requirements: A device with internet access for using social media and website chat functionalities. The ability to work autonomously, with keen attention to detail and adherence to instructions. Commitment to at least 10 hours of availability each week and a stable internet connection. Location: This is a fully remote position, open to candidates across the United States, with a preference for those who can start immediately.
