Job Description: L3M is looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Expert (agency or freelance) specialized in managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads. The role can be carried out remotely. You will be responsible for managing substantial advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, and producing detailed reports in French. Key Responsibilities: • Design, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads. • Monitor and adjust advertising budgets to maximize performance while respecting L3M's financial goals. • Analyze key KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate, and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Produce regular and detailed campaign performance reports with strategic recommendations, in French. • Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising campaigns with the company's overall objectives. • Stay up-to-date on trends and developments across advertising platforms and propose creative ideas to improve results. Required Profile: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads. • Proficiency with tools: Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads. • Proven experience in managing significant advertising budgets with demonstrable results. • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns in real time. • Innovative mindset and creativity to propose tailored advertising solutions for each platform. • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, for seamless communication with the team and campaign reporting. Mission Conditions: • Work Location: Remote work from the United States or the United Kingdom. • Contract Type: Freelance mission or agency collaboration. • Compensation: Based on profile and experience, to be discussed during the interview. • Availability: Immediate or based on availability.
