In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through inbound phone calls and emails, offering timely and effective support. We're looking for candidates who: • have background in IT helpdesk roles. • are proficient in technology with a solid understanding of Windows operating systems and server environments. • are experienced in using remote access tools. • are skilled in providing support via phone and handling ticket-based inquiries. • are adept at following standard operating procedures and technical documentation. • have the ability comprehend and leave detailed notes in a fast-paced environment. Workspace Requirements: • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Sorry, no Macs or Chromebooks) • 12 GB of Ram • Dual Monitors • Quality headset with a noise canceling microphone • Quiet workspace to take calls • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures. • IMPORTANT*: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application.
