Compensation: $18 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with strong data entry skills, excellent customer service capabilities, and proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling phone calls and reaching out to tax agencies for inquiries or follow-ups. Scheuled: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Duties  Perform accurate and efficient data entry into various systems.  Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.  Handle outbound calls, including contacting tax agencies to obtain or verify information.  Assist in preparing and managing Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.  Maintain organized records and documentation.  Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications:  Proven experience in data entry and customer service.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).  Comfortable with making phone calls to tax agencies or other organizations.  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.  High school diploma or equivalent Requirements  Experience in a clerical, administrative, or accounting support role.  Familiarity with tax forms or tax-related processes is a plus but not required. #HSCE Apply Job!Â
