Job Description Job Description... RemX Staffing is seeking Call Center Remote Customer Service Reps. MUST LIVE 50 TMILES OR LESS FROM KS/MO- NO OUT OF STATE RESUMES WILL BE REVIEWED. Location Remote-You MUST live 50 miles or less from 64118 in KS/MO Hours-Variety of shifts available-must be flexible Pay Rate- $17/hour- $18/ hour if Bilingual in Spanish/English Temp to Hire position Responsibilities: Inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues Provide education and status on previously submitted documents and requests Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance Requirements: Empathic and good listening 1 year of customer service experience with the same company Call Center experience is a PLUS Excellent Communication and multi tasking Previous Sales Or Benefits Experience Is Ideal High School diploma Must be able to clear background check Please submit an updated resume to [email protected] for immediate review.
