About the position The Consumer Insight Analyst at Disney Experiences plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at Walt Disney World by analyzing visitor data and providing actionable insights. This position focuses on understanding guest behaviors, identifying demand drivers, and supporting long-term strategies to foster consumer loyalty and profitability across Disney's various attractions. Responsibilities  Support WDW Visitation Research by processing, analyzing, and reporting data from various sources. ,  Understand guest behaviors of those visiting the WDW Theme Parks. ,  Identify demand drivers and revenue opportunities to inform long-term strategies. ,  Maximize the guest experience across Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs. ,  Translate data into actionable insights and create compelling presentations. Requirements  1+ years relevant experience in market research, business analytics, or strategic planning. ,  Experience in quantitative research design, analysis, and interpretation. ,  Proficiency in data analytics, including management and manipulation of large data sets using statistical software (e.g., SAS, SQL, SPSS). ,  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for developing and manipulating complex spreadsheets. ,  Ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights and create presentations using PowerPoint. ,  Critical thinking skills to navigate complex business challenges. ,  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ,  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ,  Demonstrated strong work ethic and high intellectual curiosity. ,  High attention to detail and accuracy. Nice-to-haves  Familiarity with Walt Disney World Resort business and guest experience. ,  Experience in theme parks, hospitality, or entertainment industries. ,  Experience with Tableau for creating visualizations. ,  Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Python, and/or R.
