Bridge the gap between our technical solutions and your clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving. Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues and keep your clients happy. Develop strategic growth plans to expand revenue within existing accounts. Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities and work with the sales team to maximize revenue. Proactively communicate, holding regular check-ins and meetings to stay tuned into client needs and build lasting relationships. Take initiative, be self-directed, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Be a team player, flexible, and adaptable to new technologies. Manage pressure with a calm and professional demeanor. Someone with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving account growth. Ideally, you have experience in healthcare, MSP/Tech sales, and EHR/PM systems.
