Responsibilities Enter and update data into various databases and systems with a high level of accuracy Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors to ensure data integrity Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness Adhere to data entry and information security policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow proper data handling protocols Prepare and organize documents for data entry by removing any unnecessary information or errors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in data entry or related field Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using computer software Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Familiarity with data entry software and systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely Apply Job!Â
