Incept is a NE Ohio Top Workplace looking to hire remote or in-house call center employees. Applicants MUST reside in Ohio. You will be trained on an initial program and then considered for transfer to a variety of programs all with a common goal: to provide exceptional customer service that strengthens the relationship at each touch point. This customer service representative role is phone based... (both inbound and outbound). Programs you may be considered for: (dependent on schedule, skill set and client need) ? Customer Service ? inbound/outbound calls assisting customers ? Order Processing- inbound calls from customers looking to place orders ? Blood Donor Recruitment ? Inbound/outbound calls & texts to schedule appointments for future blood donations and provide reminders ? Cross Selling ? Outbound calls to previous or current customers offering additional products of interest.
