Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and support. As a UPS Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving any equipment or service issues to ensure optimal performance of UPS systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular preventive maintenance and repair of UPS systems at customer sites. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues for UPS equipment. Provide on-site technical support and respond to emergency service calls. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to any UPS-related issues. Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and work performed. Collaborate with other team members to support continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications: Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems or similar electrical equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally. Ability to work in various environments and conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
