Location: Remote (Ohio-based) Responsibilities • Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to identify students’ academic strengths and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. • Provide direct intervention services through teletherapy platforms, using evidence-based practices and strategies. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the creation and implementation of student goals and accommodations. • Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress monitoring data, and communication with stakeholders. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field. • Valid Ohio state license or certification as an Intervention Specialist. • Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting. • Strong understanding of educational interventions and strategies to support students with disabilities. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues. • Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
