Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity...  Part-time position with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours based on departmental needs  Opportunity for growth and improvement within the organization  Work-from-home opportunity in CT or MA  Collaborative and supportive work environment  Chance to contribute to Continual Improvement initiatives  Competitive pay and benefits package What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)  Answer all inbound calls and route appropriately utilizing scripting and warm transfers  Provide support to team members as needed  Accurately and efficiently enter or update all demographics and incoming referrals to sub-specialty departments  Reach out to PCP's via phone and/or fax to answer routine to complex questions regarding referrals  Coordinate multiple appointment requests with sub-specialty department representatives What Is Required (Qualifications)  High School Diploma, GED, or a higher level of education that would require the completion of high school  Minimum of 6 months experience as a receptionist in a Physician Office or equivalent  Typing speed of 50 wpm or greater with minimal errors  Exceptional attention to detail and HIPAA compliance  Effective communication and interpersonal skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)  0-2 years of experience as a referral specialist or similar role in a healthcare setting At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
