In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data within our database, directly supporting our mission and enhancing our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Accurately input and update data within our database, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Detect and rectify data discrepancies and inconsistencies. • Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines. • Collaborate with team members virtually to uphold data integrity and support organizational initiatives. • Generate comprehensive reports and summaries to facilitate program evaluations and informed decision-making. • Conduct routine backups and perform essential data maintenance tasks. • Support other administrative functions as required. Required Skills • Exceptional attention to detail and precision. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software. • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a virtual team. • A genuine passion for our mission and a commitment to making a positive difference. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in data management or related fields is advantageous). • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a nonprofit or related context.
