We’re currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team and help us continue to offer top-notch service to our growing customer base. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive... training. Your Role: Log in to the live chat portal each morning and engage with customers, answering their queries, providing product information, and assisting with sales and support. Utilize the live chat software’s features to efficiently respond to common inquiries, with a chat supervisor available to assist with more complex questions. Complete a brief yet thorough training program (1-2 hours) to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for success. Position Details: Rate: $35 per hour. Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term. Work Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours. Requirements: Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity for using chat and social media features. Ability to work independently and adhere to provided instructions and guidelines. A commitment to availability for at least 5 hours per week. Location: This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere, preferably within the United States.
