Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Apple products and services. Proficiency in using Apple products and services, with a deep understanding of their functionality. Technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
