Job Title: Remote CNC Technical Support Specialist About the Role This is a full-time role requiring just 30 hours per week, offering amazing medical and dental benefits at a low cost. MUST have an Illinois address What You'll Do: • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails. • Troubleshoot and resolve CNC-related issues remotely. • Provide technical guidance on CNC machine centers and equipment such as Amada, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Doosan, DMG, Kitamura, Fanuc, and related equipment. • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients. What You Bring: • Extensive experience with CNC machinery and equipment listed above. • Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC machine centers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
