Job Title: IT Liaison Administrative Assistant (Remote) We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Liaison Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of our esteemed team. This remote role provides a remarkable opportunity to engage with an international workforce and support significant financial initiatives for a well-respected Japanese bank. Position Highlights • Client: A prestigious Japanese banking institution • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) • Language Proficiency Required: Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken) and Advanced English • Salary Range: (60,000 - )70,000 annually • Benefits: Comprehensive company-sponsored offerings including: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Paid leave and student loan repayment assistance Key Responsibilities • Data Compilation & Reporting: Gather and structure data from various stakeholders to produce comprehensive reports, integrating visual aids in both Japanese and English to convey essential insights and guide decision-making. • IT Project Coordination: Collect and consolidate updates on various IT projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed about their progress, objectives, and implications directly from project managers. • Industry Insight: Remain informed about trends and transformations within the financial sector, particularly concerning IT-related projects, to ensure the accuracy and relevance of your reports. • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage proactively with internal teams to foster effective communication and streamline operations. Your collaborative efforts will be pivotal in sustaining strong operational continuity. • Documentation & Presentation: Regularly develop presentations, spreadsheets, and various documents utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, ensuring both clarity and precision in both languages. What We Are Seeking • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in business operations, administrative support, or cross-functional roles within a professional environment. • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). Skills & Competencies • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to cultivate productive relationships across teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with demonstrable writing and communication skills in both languages. Preferred Additional Experience • Familiarity with IT governance processes. • Exposure to IT audits and experience working with auditors is an advantage.
