Please visit our website at www.ideaz.tech to learn more about our dynamic company! Job Summary... We are looking for a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant and Support person. The Virtual Assistant and Support role will provide assistance to the sales team by supporting and tracking sales and marketing activities. Virtual Assistant and Support Responsibilities:  Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records  Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers  Support the preparing and filing of sales contracts and agreements  Performing research for potential sales leads and pitches  Assist with lead and account management  Trade show planning and management  Perform other related duties as requested Virtual Assistant and Support Requirements:  Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience  Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar  Data entry and reporting from Client Relationship Management (CRM) Hubspot  Proficiency in Microsoft Office package  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving  Able to multi-task and work quickly, under changing circumstances and priorities  Proven ability to maintain confidentiality  Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and have strong follow up skills  Thrive in a collaborative, team player office environment  Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision If you have exceptional organizational skills, are a fast learner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you! Although our office is located in Glastonbury, CT, the tasks required for this position can be done remotely. Candidates that reside in Eastern Standard Time zone are preferred. Job Type: Part-time - up to 29 hours/wk; 401K is available if eligibility requirements are met No phone calls please.
