Virtual Assistant Needed – Writing & Publishing Focus I’m looking for a talented virtual assistant with a strong background in writing and publishing to help me stay organized and support my publishing journey. As an artist and designer with two growing brands (THE LOVE LADDERS and THE FORGIVENESS PIECE), I’m also working on several books, including children’s stories, a fiction novel, and a collection of short stories. Responsibilities: • Assist with publishing-related tasks (guidance on the publishing process, organizing drafts, and preparing for submission) • Organize and manage content (books, chapters, outlines, and notes) • Manage proposals and related tasks • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks to help keep me on track with deadlines Ideal Candidate: • Has experience with publishing (bonus if familiar with Morgan James Publishing or similar) • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Detail-oriented and proactive • Comfortable working part-time with potential for growth Compensation: I prefer to pay a weekly rate rather than hourly, with the opportunity for additional tasks as the role evolves.
