We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative with medical experience to join our team. This position offers the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity, allowing you to grow and thrive in a supportive, remote work environment.  Temp/Temp to Hire  Remote...  $18 USD per hour  Full-time  11:00am to 8:00pm  7 days a week Responsibilities:  Provide excellent customer support and service to clients in the medical field.  Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.  Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures. Requirements:  Previous experience in a medical customer service role.  Availability to work full-time on weekends  Type 40 wpm  Microsoft Office Equipment Requirements:  Computer with a minimum of 1 extra monitor.  Hardwired internet connection.  Headset.  Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
