Your role will include making pizzas to our high standards, managing shift activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Pizza Making: Prepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards. Ingredient Management: Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Shift Management (for Shift Leads): Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure shifts run smoothly. Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and address any concerns or special requests. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
