Description: • Reddit is a community of communities... • The Core Experience team is responsible for the holistic experience across Reddit platforms... • This Group PM will be responsible for end to end execution of projects across the core experience of Reddit... • This role requires a highly empathetic and collaborative product leader... • Oversee a team of product managers to drive key outcomes for our users... • Collaborate with engineering & design to launch new experiences... • Work with our data science and user research teams to craft insights... • Seek to understand the competitive environment... • Work with various cross functional teams (Ads, Community, Product Marketing etc)... • Work with various cross functional teams (Safety, Moderation, Notifications, ML etc)... Requirements: • You have at least 2+ years of experience directly managing product managers • You have at least 6+ years of product management experience, with 3-4+ years in consumer product • You have proven... experience building product roadmaps, defining experiments and working collaboratively with design and engineering counterparts • You have shipped consumer products end to end that have delivered meaningful business results • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, including a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the minutia.
