Associate Account Manager - Remote - Northern California Are you ready to use your talents and organizational skills with insurance to collaborate with a team? A fast-growing insurance company in the Northern California area wants to add an Associate Account Manager to the team! In this role, you will keep strong documentation, follow up with claims, help manage client renewals, check policies... etc. What’s in it for you? • $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary depending on experience • Paid time off and paid holidays • Full suite of benefits: medical, dental, vision What we need from you: • Experience - You have at least 2-3+ years of office experience in Commercial Lines Insurance • Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license • Knowledge - You have a strong understanding of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverages preferred • Comprehensive Knowledge - You have strong verbal and written communication skills • Software - You are proficient with Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office, and Agency Management Systems (IMS) The Position: • Ensure you are responding to clients promptly and give excellent customer service via phone and email • Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to clients and producers • Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc. • Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc. • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs • Data entry in various platforms APPLY NOW!
