As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in computer usage and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
