Join our dynamic team as a Tax Customer Care Representative in a fully remote capacity. As a vital point of contact, youKey Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from clients regarding tax-related questions and concerns. Provide accurate and timely information about tax filing procedures, deadlines, and requirements. Assist clients in navigating our online tax preparation platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter. Address client inquiries regarding tax refunds, payments, and account information. Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating online platforms. Familiarity with tax preparation software or willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
