We are seeking a qualified, Connecticut-licensed Special Education Teacher for a virtual position to support students for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, this role is for you! You don't need to reside in Connecticut to apply; however, you must hold a valid special education license in both your home state and the state where you will be working. Job Details:  Full-time position  Caseload: K-12th grade  Virtual position only  Hourly rate: $35-38, covers direct and indirect services  Equivalent to ~$60k-65k salary, based off 10-month period Requirements:  Valid Connecticut special education license  Experience with ASD and behavioral challenges  Orton-Gillingham certification preferred  A genuine love for working with children Benefits:  Independent contracting with flexible hours  Access to platform resources  Support from our clinical network during assignments Virtual Requirements:  At least 2 years of school experience  Reliable home computer with high-speed internet  Must be tech-savvy (onboarding provided)  Liability insurance is required (as an independent contractor) This is a contracted position, and interviews are being scheduled immediately.
