Only those will be reviewed as this... role will close quickly. salary: $16.5 - $17 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Respond to member inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service. • Assist members with understanding their healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims, billing, and services. • Document member interactions accurately in internal systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction. Qualifications: • Experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in healthcare. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
