Duties Include:  General Building Maintenance  Boiler Checks  Pool Checks  Light bulb changing in common area  In room maintenance  Cleaning and Organizing  PM Checks  VIP Checks  Trouble shooting HVAC systems  Respond to guest calls and colleague needs  Respond to emergency situation  Maintain the property  Work on restaurant equipment  Other duties as assigned Location: The Aspen Mountain Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Aspen, CO Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $28-$29/ hour Schedule: Require some flexibility from the employee Apply by 11/30/2024.
