Required Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to efficiently manage email correspondence and organize files. • Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is highly advantageous. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in data entry roles. • A background in education or the university sector is preferred but not mandatory.
