Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities • Establish and maintain rapport with patients through effective phone communication to guarantee clinical adherence and coordinate timely medication shipments. • Collaborate with the order management and fulfillment team to resolve any concerns raised during patient interactions, ensuring patient satisfaction. • Adhere to directives from pharmacists and leadership to uphold specialty call compliance initiatives. • Provide comprehensive bilingual support (English and Spanish) throughout all Patient Care Coordinator responsibilities. • Assist in various projects and tasks as required to promote operational efficiency. Required Skills • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with a solid understanding of medical terminology. • Capability to build trust with patients and ensure compliance with clinical protocols. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED is required. • 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally within a call center setting. • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in a specialty pharmacy call center is advantageous. • Bilingual healthcare interpreter certification is preferred or a commitment to pursue certification.
