Job Description: We are seeking a Certified Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, review, and submission of visa-related documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position offers remote work flexibility, with the potential to set your own hours. Key Responsibilities: • Review and oversee the preparation of legal documents and paperwork submitted by clients to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. • Assist in the development and optimization of internal processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of document preparation. • Collaborate with our team to ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to travel visa applications and legal document preparation. • Provide guidance and support to clients regarding documentation requirements and the application process. Qualifications: • Certified Immigration Consultant or willing to become certified at the company’s expense (https://www.sos.ca.gov/business-programs/special-filings/immigration-consultant-checklist). • Previous experience as a legal document preparer or paralegal is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Basic understanding of travel visa processes is advantageous but not required.
