You’ll be the frontline for our clients, ensuring visitors receive immediate and friendly assistance. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities... Engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly via live chat software. Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously with a professional and positive demeanor. Provide feedback on chat interactions and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. Contract Details: Flexible contract with no fixed end date. Rate: $35 per hour based on experience and performance. Requirements: Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of running live chat software (smartphone, tablet, or laptop). Strong written communication skills with the ability to interpret customer needs effectively. No prior experience necessary; however, a customer-centric mindset is essential. Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours. Working Hours: Flexible part-time hours; you choose your schedule.
