Routinely leads and manages teams and/or projects/programs for executives. Essential Functions... ┬Ľ Designs, develops, and/or implements innovative, complex solutions, methodologies, modeling techniques, database tools, products/materials, and/or programs. ┬Ľ Effectively interacts with executives on a routine basis, and/or is assigned as an informal leader, coach or mentor to less senior staff. ┬Ľ May represent executive management at meetings or functions. May provide presentations or act on behalf of executive management. ┬Ľ Exhibits executive level business etiquette and knowledge. ┬Ľ Acts independently on behalf of department or division. ┬Ľ Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline. Minimum Experience Six (6) years directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, tax or operational analysis. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced analytical, human relations, and communication skills. Has successful experience in making exec level recommendations regarding complex business solutions. Has advanced skill with business software, and/or web development. May use advanced financial modeling techniques, database tools and approaches. Ability to plan and work on multiple major corporate assignments concurrently. Demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level projects/programs. Has proven ability to design, develop, and implement materials, projects, and programs from a minimal concept. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide effective presentations to executive management. Job Conditions None Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a corporate FP&A environment, preferably within the transportation/logistics industry. MBA or Masters in relevant analytical field a plus. Proficient in the use of SQL. Experience working in Azure Databricks and/or with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire. Working knowledge of financial systems (Essbase, Oracle EPBCS, etc.). Comfortable working independently and meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Additional Details: Desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States based on business needs.
