About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic HR Office Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced HR Services team. This role offers excellent growth potential into Recruitment, HR, Sales, or Client Management for the right candidate. This position is fully remote, and employee must reside in Orange County. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Services team
  • Manage and organize day-to-day office operations
  • Handle confidential HR documentation and records
  • Assist with various HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Support team communications and scheduling
  • Contribute to social media content and posting

Required Skills:

  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous staffing or temp agency experience
  • Experience with Canva
  • Social media management experience
  • Previous HR administrative experience
