Remote Outbound Sales Representative – Work From Home Must reside in: WI, IA, MO, OK, TX, ID, UT, or NE Full-Time | Day Shift | No Cold Calling Hourly Base + Unlimited Commission | Benefits + Paid Training Weed Man Lawn Care, an award-winning lawn care company, is hiring Remote Outbound Sales Reps to join our growing team! - Make 150–200 outbound calls/day to warm leads
- No cold calling – all leads provided
- Introduce customers to our programs & services
- Paid training to help you succeed
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (some Saturday overtime during spring)
✅ Requirements:
- Must live in one of the following states: WI, IL, IA, MO, OK, TX, ID, UT, NE
- High-speed internet & your own computer (no Chromebooks)
- i5 processor or equivalent, SSD, 8GB RAM minimum
- Willing to install company-provided antivirus software
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-heavy role
