This role involves providing expertise on medical Japanese, offering cultural insights, and reviewing error reports from simulated patient interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Japanese-speaking patients and a keen understanding of the nuances in medical communication within this demographic.Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Japanese-speaking Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our Japanese-speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations.
- Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness.
- Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves.
- Nursing License: Valid nursing license in your practicing country.
- Fluency in Japanese: Proficiency in both general and medical Japanese.
- Experience with Japanese-speaking Patients: Demonstrated experience working with Japanese-speaking patients, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication.
- Cultural Competence: Understanding of cultural variations and their impact on healthcare delivery among Japanese-speaking communities.
