Description:

We’re a high-performing digital marketing agency currently pivoting into an AI-first agency, combining our expertise in sales and marketing with AI-powered product development.

We’re looking for a hands-on AI consultant to guide us through this transition. You’ll help us identify practical use cases, understand the technical backend, and implement AI solutions using tools like Relevance AI, Figma Flowcharts, and GoHighLevel.

What We’re Building

Phase 1 – Front-End Products

- AI Appointment Setters to engage leads, qualify prospects, follow up, and improve show-up rates via chat, SMS, email, and CRM.

- AI Follow-Up Agents to re-engage old leads, upsell, and automate sales nurturing.

Phase 2 – Back-End Automations

- AI Agent Networks to handle backend processes like onboarding, task tracking, admin workflows, content generation, and customer support.

- White-label AI Systems that we can deploy across client accounts and package as scalable SaaS-style offerings.

Your Role

- Help us identify high-impact AI use cases in marketing, sales, and operations.

- Provide technical walkthroughs of Relevance AI (Agent Builder, Workflows), Chatbase, and GoHighLevel.

- Teach us how to build multi-agent systems and create automations that replace repetitive business tasks.

- Advise on AI infrastructure, architecture, workflows, and integrations (e.g. APIs, vector databases, memory systems).

- Support us in building productized AI tools we can resell to clients.

What You Bring

- Hands-on experience with Relevance AI (strongly preferred)

- Experience with Chatbase and GoHighLevel automations

- Knowledge of AI agents, LLM workflows, and automation infrastructure

- Experience in marketing or sales-related AI implementations

- Ability to break down technical concepts for a non-technical team

- Bonus: SaaS product development or startup experience

Engagement Details

- Hourly rate: Approximately $100/hour

- Initial commitment: 10 to 20 hours

- Ongoing: Potential for long-term involvement as we develop and launch AI tools

- Remote and async-friendly
