Social Media Manager TikTok and Instagram (Freelancer)

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Freelancer to manage and grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of both platforms, including all their features, algorithms, and best practices. You should be able to create engaging content, optimize performance using data insights, and manage ads and shopping features to drive growth and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to Instagram and TikTok.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (videos, reels, stories, and posts) that aligns with our brand identity.
• Optimize content based on platform algorithms and trends to increase reach and engagement.
• Manage and analyze performance using platform analytics to adjust strategy and improve results.
• Set up and manage ad campaigns on Instagram and TikTok to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Utilize shopping features on both platforms to increase product visibility and sales.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to keep strategies effective and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, including content creation and strategy.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, features, and analytics.
• Experience setting up and optimizing paid ad campaigns on both platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual and written storytelling.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
• Knowledge of social media tools like scheduling platforms and performance trackers.
