About the Role
You'll be at the forefront of designing and creating unique 3D digital collectibles that millions of esports fans will collect, showcase, and cherish. Working directly with major esports teams, you'll transform their creative visions into high-quality 3D assets that enhance fan experiences across our applications.
Responsabilities

- Design, model, and animate distinctive 3D digital avatars and collectibles for flagship fan applications
- Create high-quality GLB files optimized for web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate directly with esports teams to transform their ideas into 3D wearables
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in 3D design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating detailed 3D assets and characters
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and texturing software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with real-time 3D graphics and optimization for web/mobile platforms
- Bonus if you have a passion for gaming, esports, or web3
