Jr. Salesforce Business Analyst [REMOTE JOB]
About the position
The Junior Salesforce Business Analyst position at BAE Systems is a fully remote role focused on assisting with the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM systems. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with IT cybersecurity policies and U.S. Federal Government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce user interface, reports, dashboards, and workflows. ,
- Participate in regularly scheduled system maintenance and upgrades. ,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. ,
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Federal Government regulations and internal IT cybersecurity policy and procedures. ,
- Provide user support and training on Salesforce features and functionality.
Requirements
- 2-6 years' information technology working experience including 3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and configuration. ,
- 2+ years' experience working for a U.S. Federal Government contractor.
Nice-to-haves
- Salesforce Administrator certification. ,
- 2+ years' work experience with Salesforce development and configuration. ,
- 2+ years' work experience of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools. ,
- 2+ years' work experience with data migration and integration. ,
- 2+ years of work experience delivering solutions using the system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology with an Iterative Waterfall or Agile Scrum project management framework.
