About the position
The Technical Support / Call Center Representative position is a full-time remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred ,
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer support techniques ,
- Familiarity with call center operations is a plus ,
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written ,
- Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions ,
- Knowledge of client services principles and practices
