Job description: DescriptionDepending on the workload for the day, this role will work on two types of work. Data entry focuses on identifying information correctly then keying information as appropriate. Working in the mail room consists of opening incoming mail, prepping, and scanning documents so they are available for digital retrieval by client.Pay: $15.50 / hourHours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-FridayBenefits: Full Time benefits eligible including Medical, Dental, Vision, Time Off, Wellness Program, Retirement, and more.Responsibilities
- Outbound mailing.
- Performs basic mailroom functions, opening, prepping and scanning documents
- Data Entry into spreadsheets.
- QCing scanned images using multiple platforms.
- Occasional trips to the post office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational abilities including follow up and follow through on instructions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Familiarity with shipping process used at US Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, or Pitney Bowes.
