- Works with Procurement to develop a method to contract an outside organization to provide logistical support for materials which includes Receiving, Warehousing, Tracking, Loading out material on support vessels and Offloading at the operations site.
- Works with Project team and Procurement to ensure project stay on schedule and meets required peer and risk reviews.
- Works closely with other internal and external team members to maximize logistical support sharing opportunities.
- Works with Aviation and Procurement to optimize both helicopter and fixed wing transportation.
- Ensures all logistical support activities follow proper company process and control.
- Provides expertise for remote, onshore and offshore logistics including marine support commissioning, material transfer and start up procedures.
- Participates in emergency preparedness doctrine, training and drills.
- Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
- Moving towards full competency.
- Requires a broader, general understanding of discipline.
- Identifies problems and develops potential solutions.
- Makes decisions within well defined parameters.
